Serves: 2 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 3 hours
- 8-10 kale leaves, destemmed and chopped
- 1 orange pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Hemp seed, to taste
- Sunflower sprouts, to taste
- Massage all ingredients. Let chill for a few hours in the refrigerator.
- Top with hemp seed and sunflower sprouts.
